Meet the Dietitians
A team of four Registered and Licensed Dietitians, each bringing specialized expertise and a genuine commitment to helping you reach your health goals.
25 Years of Evidence-Based Nutrition Care in Western MA
Pyramid Nutrition Services was founded in September 2000 by Nicole Frank-Maslar, RDN, LDN. What began as a one-person practice has grown into a trusted team of four dietitians serving individuals throughout Western Massachusetts — in-person and via telehealth.
We are proud members and supporters of the Western Area Massachusetts Dietetic Association (WAMDA). Our dietitians provide both individual nutrition counseling and consulting dietitian services to long-term care, assisted living, rest homes, and adult day health centers.
Our purpose is simple: translate food and nutrition science into real-life healthy practices. We provide a safe, caring environment where every client is heard, supported, and given the tools to make sustainable changes that forever improve their quality of life.
We Focus on You — Not Just Your Food
Evidence-Based Always
We use only proven, science-backed facts and tools — never fads or trends.
Whole-Person Approach
We consider your relationship with food, your emotions, and your life circumstances.
Sustainable Change
Small, consistent changes — not drastic restrictions — that last a lifetime.
Collaborative Care
We coordinate with your physicians, mental health providers, and healthcare team.
Four Specialists. One Team.
Each of our dietitians brings unique training, certifications, and areas of specialty — so you can be matched with the right provider for your specific needs.
